The second annual collaboration meeting of the US Magnet Development Program (MDP CM-2018) will be held from Thursday, Feb. 8 until approximately noon on Saturday, February 10 at the Omni Jacksonville Hotel, Jacksonville, Florida.
General sessions will be held in the Florida Ballroom, Salon A (2nd Floor) on Thursday and Friday. We will move to the Tampa Room (1st floor) for Saturday. Management sessions and food events are located as shown in the Timetable.
Meeting Registration: There will be a registration fee ($150). Links in the menu at left take you to our secure registration outsource, cvent.com (there are separate links for who will be using an account number, and for others, who will be using a credit card). The deadline for CM-2018 registration has been extended to January 31.
There will be a conference dinner the night of February 8 and working lunches on the 8th and 9th, as well as morning and afternoon breaks each day.
Room Registration: A block of rooms has been reserved at the Omni until January 17th. Space is limited so we encourage you to book a room as soon as possible.
