We would like to invite you to participate in the Radiological Data Fusion (RDF) Workshop, to be conducted in a hybrid fashion August 15th and 16th both online and in person at LBNL. The primary goal of the workshop will be to describe the state of the art in terms of fusing radiological data with ancillary data, and to identify potential applications of this technology within the context of nuclear non-proliferation and nuclear security missions.
Our planned workshop format is to hold a 1.5 day workshop wherein the ‘scene data fusion’ technology developed at LBNL and related projects at other labs are described, the findings of the Defense Nuclear Nonproliferation Research and Development (NA-22)-sponsored radiological data fusion scoping study are presented, and the NA-22 R&D community and stakeholders are given an opportunity to present relevant R&D findings, needs and priorities.
The workshop will be held as hybrid event with no registration fees for either onsite or remote attendance, but we do request that any speakers be at LBNL to present in person, if possible.
