What performances and parameters should the conductor have? How can we make magnets using these conductors?
What is the maximum dipole field a REBCO magnet can generate?
What is the magnet performance? How does it quench? What is the field quality?
Does the magnet performance degrade, e.g., during operation, after thermal cycles? If so, how can we prevent it?
How can we characterize the performance for long conductors?

Subscale common coil: Zach sent out the final design and calls for a review. Will need input on the instrumentation.
COMB: plan on the fabrication of the mandrel to test the CORC wire. The mandrel is expected to use the same material as the final magnet mandrel.
C3: expect to resume the work next week after a key member completes the COVID quarantine. Will start with the mechanical assembly first.
Collaboration meeting
Focus on the issues, concerns, and possible solutions, in addition to technical progress.
Propose adjustment of the milestone if needed.
Aim for more discussion and brainstorm.
Consider adding the recent European strategy to the context.
