Abstract

The team has strategized to fabricate the TFD Rutherford cables in three stages: (1) development cables; (2) prototype cable; (3) production cables (including spares).  The prototype cable "W12OL1303" was fabricated between January and March 2022.  This seminar documents the experience gained, provides a summary of the fabrication lessons, and discusses improvements to be made before the production cable run.
