The workshop will be hosted in the UC Berkeley Campus, which is in an urban setting in the downtown of Berkeley, CA [google map]. The campus is walking distance from dozens of restaurants, hotels, coffee shops, and public transportation. If you are flying into the San Francisco International Airport (SFO), there is a direct Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) line connecting the airport to downtown Berkeley [google map].
In addition to the local hotels, there are many housing options that can be found via Airbnb.
Subsidized housing will be reserved on campus for up to 30 participants. To reserve a room, you will need to fill out the application form.
