Registration is required for all attendees due to the following reasons:
1) Non-LBNL attendees: Onsite access and banquet purposes
2) LBNL attendees: banquet purposes
If you plan to attend the Banquet Dinner in honor of Dr. Wick Haxton, you must register by December 11th. Once you register that you are attending the banquet dinner, you are agreeing to pay the $100 per person banquet fee, which is non-refundable. Once banquet dinner is confirmed, cancellations are not allowed. Fees will be collected onsite at the registration desk for all non-LBNL attendees. LBNL attendees will be contacted after registration for payments.
