Meeting participation is open to members of the LARP and HiLumi collaborations, or by invitation (contact Soren Prestemon, SOPrestemon@lbl.gov). There is no registration fee. Participants must arrange and pay for their own lodging, transportation, and other expenses. A no-host (that is, participants pay their own way) dinner will be held Tuesday night, at the hotel. The registration form includes RSVP fields so that we can make the arrangements.
