You can sponsor the ECRIS'26 event! Sponsoring gives you the opportunity to:
- meet the ion source and accelerator communities to establish contacts and relationships with leading scientist and engineers in these fields
- gain visibility and promote products or technologies
- learn about collaboration opportunities with international accelerator facilities, research laboratories and universities
- gain long term visibility as your name and logo are displayed on the conference website and are part of the Conference Proceedings.
Your financial support is greatly appreciated and are essential to meeting our goal of reducing conference fees for students so they might foster contacts with researchers and industrial partners early in their careers. We offer the two sponsorship packages below, with the "Sponsor & Exhibitor" package subject to availability and assigned on a first come, first served basis.

Basic Sponsorship Package – $2,500
- Your company logo and website will be prominently displayed both on the workshop website and in the workshop proceedings. (Electronic version of logo, links and trademarks for inclusion in the conference program and website must be made available before August 1st 2026).
- Your company's informational material (e.g. flyers, brochures, USB drives) will be added to the workshop attendees' bags. These items must be provided in 100 unit quantity and delivered to the the workshop committee by September 1, 2026.
- One day workshop registration (September 28 or 29, 2026) for one participant including access to the lunch and breaks
Sponsor & Exhibitor Package – $5,000
The first two items from the Basic Sponsorship Package and:
- Exhibition table equipped with a desk, two chairs, wireless internet access, and electrical connection (120 V AC) for the exhibition days (September 28-30, 2026).
- Conference registration fee for the exhibition days (September 28-30, 2026) for two participants including access to the lunch and breaks.
- The opportunity to provide a short presentation (5-7 minutes) to the entire workshop.
